We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join Programmed Professionals as a Regional Manager based in Sydney’s CBD.
This role is responsible for the management of all operational and sales requirements of the region. Programmed Professionals’ Sydney CBD region benefits from a strong foundation of long standing client relationships, established industry verticals and experienced team members.
To achieve the desired growth for your region you will lead and develop your team to; deliver a great customer and candidate experience, bring on new customers and provide operational management support to your team.
What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Regional General Manager your key responsibilities will be to;
- Lead the growth strategy including key customer account management and positioning of industry verticals
- Manage and retain the existing team and attract new recruiters as the region grows
- Operational management of the region including P&L management and forecasting against budget
- Participation in structured client pursuits supported by Programmed’s Bid Management function
- Presenting, negotiating and securing new volume and high margin business
As a senior member of the Programmed Professionals team you will also participate in leadership team activities with your colleagues across the other eastern Australian regions.
You and your team will be supported by an established L&D function to train and on-board new team members as well as e-learning tools to support career learning from entry level to experienced team members.
Skills and Experience
This is a challenging role for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a desire to succeed in the recruitment industry.
To be considered for this position you will have a demonstrated capacity to lead a team to achieve common goals. You will need to evidence your ability to build a strong sales culture, drive high staff engagement levels and possess strong commercial acumen.
