We require an experienced Caretaker to join our Facility Management team to work full time in the Christchurch region.
Reporting to the Facilities Coordinator you will be required to care, maintain and develop customer sites and associated facilities, using professional techniques in accordance with approved plans, policies and hours allocated. Responsibilities include:
- Completing diverse work requests within the time frames given
- Performing minor repairs
- Giving direction and working alongside specialist contractors
- Undertaking regular facility inspections
Skills and Experience
To be successful, you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and have well developed applicable knowledge along with the attitude to succeed.
A related qualification will be very highly regarded and a current driver's license is also essential.
